I had 2700 email after 24 hours and needed to backup 7500. Then the product locked up completely when doing a backup. Then the tool couldnt pull the folders and they fixed that. They didnt know AWS had multiple regions. failed right away and couldnt logon to the email account. I purchased their AWS Workmail backup tool. Worst online product experience I have ever had. Their customer support is terrible, the products don't work, their activity is suspicious, and they don't honor anything they have advertised. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother clicking on the SysTools site. Upon reviewing their certification at the bottom of the page, it's not certified and it has some random made up reviews and product gareuntees. ![]() Some of those products are being advertised as "Big Coorporate" or high level products at over 150$USD. Or they wait for the customer to give up and they pocket the money. ![]() They more than likely are waiting for the 30 days to runout so the live support person, who alias is "Andreas Santos" regardless how many times you change the connection by the way, can just tell you that you are out of the 30 day time and they cannot refund. However they only have one person on live chat who cannot even help you with this issue as well as the "Support" and "Sales" email they redirect you to are dead and don't respond. So now I will submit a refund, as they have a 30 days money back. Software is completely identical to the Demo and does not function as advertised. Product still does not do as advertised, nothing is different from the demo, just has a "Product Activated" screen. They say on their website to test out the demo before buying however the demo does not allow you to do any of the features the program offers, it says "Buy the product to use this feature" Ok.
